Cooking Instructions

Smoked pork chops are already pre-cooked, be careful not to overcook.

Refrigerate: Store unopened smoked pork chops in their original packaging in the refrigerator and use them within 3-5 days. Keep the pork chops tightly wrapped in plastic wrap or an airtight container.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
What’s the best sauce or glaze to use for grilling?
(Shameless self-promotion alert) We suggest Amana Horseradish Jelly!
-
How do I keep from overcooking my smoked pork chops?
Keep grill time short since you're just reheating. Let the chops rest before cutting to allow juices to redistribute.
-
What pairs well with smoked pork chops?
We like adding applesauce or grilled pineapple to add some sweetness to the chops' rich, smoky flavor.
Unfortunately we haven’t tried them yet. Quality and size look good, will have to wait until we grill them up to see the taste
