Shipping

We ship our breaded pork tenderloins using insulated packaging with dry ice to ensure product quality. To guarantee orders arrive the same week they are shipped, we only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders received after midnight on Tuesday will be shipped the following week. Please handle dry ice safely.

Cooking Instructions

For a traditional experience, deep fry your breaded pork tenderloins to golden perfection by preheating oil to 375°F, then gently placing the tenderloins in the hot oil and frying for about 5 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and floating. Adjust time-based on your fryer and oil. Alternatively, thaw tenderloins completely on a wire rack, preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C), lightly oil both sides, arrange in a single layer, and air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked and crispy. Adjust time and temperature based on your air fryer model.

Promptly freeze upon receiving.

Freeze: To freeze breaded pork tenderloins, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and aluminum foil, or place them in a heavy-duty freezer bag. Limit freezing to 3-4 months for the best flavor and texture. Thaw in the refrigerator and use within 1-2 days.

Tenderloin Order

We love the tenderloins and bratwursts. My
Husband is from Cedar Rapids Iowa and we stayed at the Amanas RV Park visiting family. The Park was fabulous. We also drove to the Amanas where we bought cheese, pickled beets, ham and green beans. Also, I purchased the Garlic Salad dressing which I love. Unfortunately, it is not offered to purchase. We enjoyed a family dinner at the Ronneburg restaurant which was fabulous. Thanks for an amazing place.
