Shipping
We ship our breaded pork tenderloins using insulated packaging with dry ice to ensure product quality. To guarantee orders arrive the same week they are shipped, we only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders received after midnight on Tuesday will be shipped the following week. Please handle dry ice safely.
Cooking Instructions
For a traditional experience, deep fry your breaded pork tenderloins to golden perfection by preheating oil to 375°F, then gently placing the tenderloins in the hot oil and frying for about 5 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and floating. Adjust time-based on your fryer and oil. Alternatively, thaw tenderloins completely on a wire rack, preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C), lightly oil both sides, arrange in a single layer, and air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked and crispy. Adjust time and temperature based on your air fryer model.
Storage
Promptly freeze upon receiving.
Freeze: To freeze breaded pork tenderloins, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and aluminum foil, or place them in a heavy-duty freezer bag. Limit freezing to 3-4 months for the best flavor and texture. Thaw in the refrigerator and use within 1-2 days.

I grew up in Indiana where the breaded tenderloin was the king of sandwiches. Mouth watering tenderloins three times the size of the bun. Yum I have lived on the west coast since 1978, California and now Nevada and sadly the breaded tenderloin is non-existent on the west coast. Sometimes I found restaurants serving wanna-be's but always fell short of the real thing. Then I discovered Amana from the mid-west who could ship me real authentic breaded tenderloins packed in dry ice. Wow what a delight. When eating these I felt like I was back in Indiana at my favorite restaurant with a breaded tenderloin. Thank you Amana, A new customer forever.
Maybe I cooked them wrong but, the first 2 BPTs that I made didn't turn out very well. I tried to Air Fry them and they weren't turning brown at all, so I tried frying them in a pan and they burnt. I will try something different next time. I am a little disappointed in the thickness and breading. Too thin and the breading didn't have much taste. Hopefully, the next ones will be better.
Living in California I have had to learn to make my oun Breaded Tenderloins, your are much better than mine and are a pleasant reminder of my youth back home in Illinois.
