Shipping Schedule

All orders ship Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday with the product arriving within 2-3 days of shipping. Orders received after midnight on Tuesday will be shipped the following week.

Orders ship as soon as possible unless a "Preferred Ship Date" is specified at checkout. Our goal is to ship on or as close as possible to the requested date; however, all delivery dates are estimated, so please allow for a few days' variances.

To ensure accurate shipping, please provide complete addresses, including the apartment number, if applicable, along with a daytime phone number for the product recipient.

Return Policy

Perishable food items are non-returnable due to their nature. This includes, but is not limited to, smoked and fresh meat, and cheese items.

If you receive a perishable item that is damaged, spoiled, or otherwise compromised, please contact our customer service team at (800) 373-6328 within 24-48 hours of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Substitutions

If an ordered item is out of stock, we will include a similar item of equal or greater value.
