Our fully cooked shredded pork ships without the need for additional cooling or packaging. However, during hotter weather, we may use insulated bags, gel packs, or coolers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shredded Pork ships on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders received after midnight on Tuesday will be shipped the following week.

On the stovetop, place the pork in a skillet or saucepan over medium heat, add a splash of water to keep it moist, and heat while stirring occasionally for about 5 to 8 minutes until warmed through.

In the microwave, put the pork in a covered microwave-safe dish with a little liquid, then heat on medium power in 1-minute intervals, stirring between each, until hot.

For oven roasting, preheat your oven to 325°F. Place the shredded pork in an oven-safe dish, cover it with foil to retain moisture, and heat for about 15 to 20 minutes until warmed through. Stir halfway through heating for even temperature.

Promptly refrigerate or freeze upon receiving.

Refrigerate: Stored in its original packaging, shredded pork will retain its best quality for up to one month. Once opened, use it within 3-5 days. Wrap the shredded pork tightly in plastic wrap or store it in an airtight container.

Freeze: To freeze shredded pork keep it in its original packaging or wrap it tightly in plastic wrap, followed by aluminum foil, or place it in a heavy-duty freezer bag. For the best flavor and texture, limit freezing to 6 months.
