Cooking Instructions
Remove the meat from the refrigerator 20-30 minutes before grilling to reach room temperature for even cooking. Season generously with salt, black pepper, and other desired seasonings or marinades.
Beef Steak: Preheat your grill to high heat (450°F to 500°F) for beef steaks. Sear each side for 2-3 minutes to create a nice crust, then adjust the cooking time based on thickness and desired doneness.
Pork chops: Preheat medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F) for pork chops. A hot grill sears the meat, locking in juices. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, flipping halfway.
Flip the meat only once during grilling for even cooking and a good sear. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for both beef and pork. Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes after grilling to retain juices, then slice beef against the grain for the best texture. Serve both beef steaks and pork chops immediately for maximum flavor.
Storage
Promptly refrigerate or freeze upon receiving.
Refrigerate: Store beef steaks and pork chops in their original packaging below 40°F (4°C). Use or freeze beef within 3-5 days and pork within 1-2 days.
Freeze: Label packages with the date of freezing. Keep the freezer at 0°F (-18°C) or below. Beef steaks can be stored for 6-12 months, and pork chops for 4-6 months. Thaw beef and pork fully in the refrigerator before cooking.

Or so my brother said when it arrived at his doorstep. He was familiar with Amana quality and was excited to enjoy all of the meats in this bundle.
There is nothing better than beef from Iowa cows.
I sent this box as a gift for Father's Day, and Amana came thru perfectly! My father received the box set with perfect timing and immediately set to grilling his steaks! He reported that they were delicious!!! I'll send Amana quality meat any time for a special "Midwest" gift!
