Best Brats ever the casing is perfect! Everything I have tried has been nothing but perfection. Friends ask me all the time if there is a smoke house in Colorado and I tell them try Amana and you'll never look for another smoke house again. With over a hundred years of experience they have profected the art of smoking. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Meat falls off the bone good, brats are the perfect taste, bacon is outstanding (For Easter I made loaded mash potatoes using the pepper bacon, wonderful), sausage and sticks wow, if you get a chance try the breakfast sampler you will not be disappointed. Once again best smoked meats that ships fast so you'll be eating the best in no time at all. I guarantee you'll be visiting their site often wanting to try everything. Bon Appetit

I don't know how they do it, but I was able to grill these up so that the cheese actually remained in the brats. They are really good!

These are the best cheddar bratwursts I’ve ever had in my 50+ years. Truly a yummy oozy cheesy flavor in every bite. We cooked in pan on stove along with cubed potatoes in the center and they made potatoes taste great, wonderful combo. This was a gift for my husband and he can’t wait to try some of the other brats on the grill.
