Best Brats ever the casing is perfect! Everything I have tried has been nothing but perfection. Friends ask me all the time if there is a smoke house in Colorado and I tell them try Amana and you'll never look for another smoke house again. With over a hundred years of experience they have profected the art of smoking. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Meat falls off the bone good, brats are the perfect taste, bacon is outstanding (For Easter I made loaded mash potatoes using the pepper bacon, wonderful), sausage and sticks wow, if you get a chance try the breakfast sampler you will not be disappointed. Once again best smoked meats that ships fast so you'll be eating the best in no time at all. I guarantee you'll be visiting their site often wanting to try everything. Bon Appetit
