Shipping

We ship our barbecued ribs using insulated packaging with dry ice to ensure product quality. To guarantee orders arrive the same week they are shipped, we only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders received after midnight on Tuesday will be shipped the following week. Please handle dry ice safely.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F, wrap pre-cooked ribs in foil, bake for 25-30 minutes. Optional: For extra caramelization, unwrap ribs, brush with additional barbecue sauce, and broil for 3-4 minutes.

Promptly refrigerate or freeze upon receiving.

Refrigerate: Store pre-cooked BBQ ribs in their original packaging in the refrigerator. Once opened, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap or store them in an airtight container. Use or freeze within 3-4 days.

Freeze: To freeze pre-cooked BBQ ribs leave them in their original packaging or wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and aluminum foil or place them in a heavy-duty freezer bag. Limit freezing to 2-3 months for the best flavor and texture. Thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
